The management of Mercedes Surveys and Airborne Imaging Inc. along with the management of River Valley Energy Services recognized the need for a one stop shop for Line Clearing, Survey, LIDAR, Drilling (heliportable and LIS), camp and supervisory services required.

Mercedes Surveys offers the following services:

1)       Line cutting and cleanup.
2)       Survey and mapping.
3)       LIDAR for all projects.
4)       Supervisory personnel for all projects.
5)       Heliportable and LIS drilling.
6)       Open and private Camp

Line cutting services include Handcut, Mulching from 1.5 meters and up, LIS cat cut, conventional cat cut and snowplowing. All equipment and personnel are GPS Equipped with incab GPS navigation systems on the equipment and Handheld GPS for the handcutters.

Survey and mapping services include Leica 1200 series and Leica 1200 Glonass enabled GPS units. Mercedes Surveys compliments this package with in field mapping services on a Mapinfo or ESRI GIS Platform and manages all data using GP Seismic. The Calgary office is staffed with 3 Data processors to check and assemble the data both on the way to the field and on the way to the survey processor of the client's choice.

LIDAR Services are provided by Airborne Imaging Inc. Airborne owns 2 Optech 3100 LIDAR systems to collect LIDAR data, with a library of over 100,000 sq km of Canadian LIDAR data available. A USA library is currently being compiled. Airborne Imaging Inc. will also collect LIDAR data on any area required on a contract basis.

Supervisory and data quality is completed by a staff of project managers, foremen and cat push personnel, including over 85 people in Mercedes Surveys, over 200 people in River Valley and a staff of 12 at Airborne Imaging.

Heliportable and LIS drilling services are within River Valley Energy Services, offering contract drilling services with 5 complete sets of Heliportable drills. Each set is comprised of 6 drills on line and 1 complete spare. River Valley also has a set of 4 mini drills that is A-Star portable and 1 portable casing/coring drill with a second drill being built. LIS drills are being fabricated at this time with delivery expected over the summer up to a compliment of 12 LIS drills being available in the fall of 2007. Camp services and open camps are also available per client's request.

Mercedes Surveys recently opened the USA division and can offer all services in the USA.
Over the past 20 years Mercedes Surveys has had extensive experience in all areas of the US. Project areas have ranged from the Beaufort Sea to the northern border of Mexico.
